Since the times of Roman Empire knowledge sharply increased when the communication among human beings has been accelerated; thus, the inventors of roots and bridges paved the way for more rapid intellectual and economic exchanges, which have been crucial to foster civilization of future western countries. Now it is the time of computer and web, which provided a unique opportunity to share data and information in a very rapid way allowing a terrific jump in the technologic progression. In this context, we should commend with the Editors of The International Committee of Medical Journals (ICMJE) [1], who decided to share data coming from clinical trials and allow any reader not only to re-analyze the data but also to generate new study hypothesis.
