An 82-year-old woman presented with craniocervical pain exacerbated by rotation of head with several months. Her physical examination yielded no unusual results except for local tenderness in the left submandibular region. Lateral view plain radiograph of cervical spine and posteriorly a three-dimensional computed tomography (3-D CT) were taken (Fig. 1).
