Mycoplasma pneumoniae is a well-recognized respiratory pathogen principally affecting children and younger adults. This organism is also responsible for producing a wide spectrum of extra-pulmonary manifestations, including neurological, dermatological, hematological, cardiovascular, digestive organ, musculoskeletal, sensory organ, and urogenital tract symptoms [1–10].
