21st National Congress of Portuguese Society of Internal Medicine

The Links of Internal Medicine was the theme chosen for the 21st National Congress of Portuguess Society of Internal Medicine. The idea for the links was inspired by our specialty’s nuclear position in the hospital with regards to coordination and intervention in other departments, alongside the patients we treat, in the emergency department, wards, intermediate care units, intensive care units, day hospitals and outpatient clinics.
