A completed Exhibition Booking Form and\u00a0Contract must be faxed \/ emailed to ensure reservation of a desired location. Upon receipt of the Exhibition\u00a0Booking Form and Contract, space will be confirmed and an invoice will be sent. Please note that three alternative\u00a0booth choices should be clearly indicated on the application form. Space allocations will be made in the order in\u00a0which application forms with payment are received.<\/p>\n<h3>EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION<\/h3>\n<p>All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Two\u00a0exhibitor badges will be given for the first 9sqm booked and one additional for each 100sqf\u00a0after. Any additional\u00a0exhibitors will be charged an exhibitor registration fee. Companies can purchase a\u00a0maximum number of exhibitor registrations as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Booths of up to 60sqm \u2013 15 exhibitor registrations<\/li>\n<li>Booths larger than 60sqm \u2013 25 exhibitor registrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Exhibitor registrations allow access to the exhibition area only and shall be used by company staff only.\u00a0An exhibitor registration form will be included in the Exhibitor\u2019s Manual.<\/p>\n<h3>EXHIBITORS\u2019 TECHNICAL MANUAL<\/h3>\n<p>An Exhibitors\u2019 Technical Manual outlining all technical aspects of exhibiting will be available approximately 3 months\u00a0prior to the Congress. It will include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Technical details about the Venue<\/li>\n<li>Final exhibition details and information<\/li>\n<li>Contractor details<\/li>\n<li>Services available to exhibitors and order forms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>INSERT AND DISPLAY MATERIALS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Please note that all materials entering the venue incur a handling charge. This includes materials for inserts\u00a0and display.<\/li>\n<li>In order to receive a price quote for handling and to assure arrival of your materials, please be sure to complete\u00a0the \u201cPre-Advise\u201d form included in the shipping instructions when you receive either the Exhibition or Symposia\u00a0Technical Manuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>SITE INSPECTIONS<\/h3>\n<p>Exhibitors and Supporters are welcome to visit the Conference venue at their convenience. Please contact the\u00a0venue directly to arrange this.<\/p>\n<h3>EXHIBITOR LOGO &amp;\u00a0PROFILE<\/h3>\n<p>You can submit your logo and company\u2019s profile, read important exhibitor information and complete orders for your stand\u00a0on the\u00a0Kenes Exhibitors\u2019 Portal.\u00a0The Exhibition Manager will contact you with the link to the Exhibitors\u2019 Portal, including your personal login details.<\/p>\n<h3>EXHIBITION TERMS &amp; CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n<p>The Terms and Conditions of exhibiting are included in the Online Prospectus and can be found here (<a href=\"https:\/\/efim.org\/ecim2022\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/General-Terms-Conditions.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.eso-conference.com\/_layouts\/images\/icgen.gif\" alt=\"\" \/>TERMS AND CONDITIONS.pdf<\/a>). Please note that signing of the BOOKING \u200b\u200bFORM AND CONTRACT indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Exhibition Booking Form will be held as a valid liable contract, by which both parties will be bound. An exclusive handling agent will be designated to the FRPT 2021. The exclusivity of an agent for the handling needs of conferences refers specifically to work inside the venue. Exhibitors may use their own couriers up to the venue door and from outside of the venue door at the end of the conference. This organisational decision has been made for the safety and efficiency benefits to exhibitors and for the successful flow of the conference.<\/p>\n<h3>PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES<\/h3>\n<p>All demonstrations or instructional activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibition stand.\u00a0Advertising material and signs may not be distributed or displayed outside the exhibitor\u2019s stands. Sound equipment must be regulated and directed into the stand so that it does not disturb neighbouring exhibits.\u00a0Exhibition Management reserves the right to require the exhibitor to discontinue any activity, noise or music that\u00a0is deemed objectionable.<br \/>\n\u200bFurther details will be included in the Exhibitors\u2019 Technical
