The presenters in these sessions will be asked to present their poster onsite and also to upload online a 1-page E-Poster file that will be available from the E-Poster stations onsite.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posters will appear on stations in the Poster Area in the Exhibition hall and are available for electronic viewing for participants.<\/li>\n<li>Each presenter will be allocated 3-5 minutes of presentation time including 2 minutes for discussion.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters should be at the E-Poster stations 10 minutes before the start of the Session and remain there until the session has finished.<\/li>\n<li>To prepare your E-Poster for the session, please follow the E-Poster Guidelines below and make sure you keep the deadline for uploading your E-Poster.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4><u><strong>E-Poster Viewing<\/strong><\/u><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Presenters received a dedicated link to upload their E-Posters via email.<\/strong><br \/>\nE-Poster Viewing abstracts will have <strong>no\u00a0specific presentation date and time<\/strong>.\u200b The presenter may stand by the E-Poster Viewing \u200bscreens onsite in order to p\u200bresent his\/her E-Poster during breaks.\u200b\u200b<\/p>\n<p><strong>Only posters of registered participants will be displayed onsite.<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Extended Deadline for uploading your E-Poster: 31 May 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong><u>Prepare your E-Poster<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Technical specification for E-Poster preparation<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease submit your E-Poster as a\u00a0<strong>PDF file in landscape orientation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Language:<\/strong>\u202fAll E-Posters should be prepared in English.<\/li>\n<li><strong>File Format: PDF file\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 1 page is recommended<\/li>\n<li><strong>Orientation:<\/strong>\u00a0Please create your document in PowerPoint in\u00a0<strong>Landscape Layout 16\u00d79<\/strong>\u00a0and Save it as a\u00a0<strong>PDF file<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Font types:<\/strong>\u00a0Arial, Calibri, Verdana Times New Roman or Helvetica<\/li>\n<li><strong>Font size:<\/strong>\u00a011 points or larger<\/li>\n<li>Hyperlinks, animated images, animations and embedded videos are\u00a0<strong><u>not<\/u>\u00a0permitted<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>QR Codes may be included<\/li>\n<li>Images and tables:\u00a0<strong>at least 200 dpi<\/strong>. Good picture quality is essential.<\/li>\n<li>When inserting images, photos, tables, etc., use copy-paste. Do\u00a0not use<strong>\u00a0embedded documents<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Avoid overlapping objects and layers.
