Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS) has become established as an essential diagnostic and therapeutic tool in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Geriatrics, and other care settings. It allows immediate, safe, and reproducible patient assessment, with a direct impact on clinical decision-making [1]. However, its integration into hospital information systems (PACS and electronic health records) remains a technical and organizational challenge [2–4].
