Attention and postural balance are much more affected in older than in younger adults with mild or moderate chronic hyponatremia

Mild chronic hyponatremia is associated with fall [1] and bone fracture [2]. This seems to be related to gait alteration, attention deficit and osteoporosis [1–3].
