Stroke is one of the major causes of morbidity and disability in the elderly peoples, with a global prevalence of 104.2 million people in 2017. According to global statistics, Central and East Asia, Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East had the highest prevalence rate of stroke that caused 2.7 million deaths only from ischemic stroke (IS) in 2017 [1-3]. Extreme platelet stimulation has a critical role in the pathophysiology of IS following thrombosis in patients with coronary artery diseases (CAD) [4].
