The patient denied experiencing any fever or flank pain, with the physical assessment indicating normalcy. The patient had a history of taking care of livestock, particularly cattle and pigs. Laboratory tests showed adequate kidney function, with the absolute eosinophil count measuring 5373 cells per cubic millimeter (in reference to the range of 15 to 500).
