We are happy to bring you EFIM summer / autumn newsletter. Although the summer seemed less busy, EFIM EC members have been working hard finalising the scientific programme for our next congress in Athens, 15 - 18 March.
Following our successful congress in Malaga there is a lot to look forward in the coming months.

The 20th European Congress of Internal Medicine (ECIM), a congress to remember, took place from 9-12 June 2022 in the beautiful city of Malaga. The successful 2021 Virtual Congress demonstrated that we needed a place to connect and share our experiences now more than ever.

Congratulations to Prof. Luis Campos the Chair of the EFIM Professional Issues and Quality of Care Working Group and all the members of the working group for publishing a Position paper in the EJIM on "Physicians’ responsibility toward environmental degradation and climate change".
