We present a descriptive, single-centre study of congenital anomalies of the inferior vena cava (IVC) detected over 46 months, from September 2019 to July 2023 (double IVC, left-sided IVC, interruption of IVC, and agenesis of IVC). The study population comprised 32,829 patients who, for any medical reason, underwent at least one computed tomography (CT) scan including the abdomen or an abdominal ultrasound (US).In total, 31 anomalies were detected, but we also included one previously known case of agenesis of IVC, for a total number of 32 studied anomalies.
