We read the article by Tanguy Espejo et al. with great interest [1]. The authors have performed admirably in achieving the purpose of the research. The article concludes that Clock Drawing Test (CDT) could be used as a risk stratification tool for older emergency department patients presenting with non-specific complaints (NSCs), as it is a predictor for 30-day mortality and length of hospital stay. Nonetheless, I would like to raise a few additional points that would have strengthened the conclusion of this article.
