I am delighted to address you through the pages of the EFIM Summer newsletter as we embrace the summer and inform you on forthcoming events and activities to be launched by EFIM.
Following a very successful congress in Athens, we have been busy working on the programme of ECIM 2024. We are preparing attractive programme that will offer you the opportunity to staying abreast of the latest developments in internal medicine. I encourage you to mark your calendars for the upcoming ECIM 2024, taking place from 6 – 9 March in Istanbul.
Furthermore, 8th EFIM Day will be once again organised face-to-face in Brussels on 13 October. We will have the pleasure to hear from Nathalie Moll, the Director General of the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA) delivering a lecture on “Access to Innovative Drugs in Internal Medicine Practice in Europe”. Don’t forget to register!
We are preparing for launching the new Clinical Working Groups following the EFIM survey conveyed after the congress.
EFIM Working Groups, and subcommittees have been busy dedicating their time on important projects and activities.
I am confident that all the above-mentioned events and activities will improve our knowledge and, guide us to new horizons of internal medicine and patient care. I look forward to the enriching experiences that EFIM events will undoubtedly bring.
