Lymphedema (LE) is a frequent, but often overlooked condition, with secondary LEs accounting for approximately 82.5% of cases [1]. It typically arises from lymphatic vessel damage or obstruction caused by cancer and cancer-related interventions (37.1%), venous diseases (19.6%), immobility (16.3%), or obesity (14.3%) [2]. Despite advances in cancer treatments and preventive measures [3,4], 20% of breast cancer patients still develop LE [5,6].
