I have read the article “Characteristics of Familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) after 65 years of age” with great interest. The study provides valuable insights into the clinical features and comorbidities of elderly patients with FMF, a relatively understudied population. However, upon reviewing the article, we identified several aspects that merit further discussion and clarification to enhance the robustness of its findings.
