A 73-year-old female presented with a diffuse rash accompanied by itching for 3 days. She had taken levofloxacin orally for a cough one day before the rash developed. She had a 16-year history of psoriasis, along with a 2-year history of hypertension and diabetes. Additionally, she had a history of allergies to painkillers. Physical examination: Blood pressure was 160/90 mmHg. Multiple red or purplish patches were scattered across the face, trunk, and limbs, with some appearing as bullous or concealed vesicles.
