Immigration is a social phenomenon that notably affects affluent countries and may have relevant impact on health of both residents and immigrants, mainly concerning allergy. About immigrants, migration to a new country implicates several aspects: different lifestyle and dietetic habit as well as exposure to pollution and new allergens [1]. Thus, the immigrant may develop new allergy or change the pre-existing allergy pattern.
