Lymphomas comprise a heterogeneous group of malignancies which can arise in different nodal and extranodal sites in the head and neck in which cervical lymphadenopathy is the most common head and neck presentation for both diseases. Lymphomas can be subdivided into aggressive and indolent lymphomas. The aggressive variant, also known as high-grade lymphomas, is a group of fast-growing lymphomas and since these tumours grow and spread rapidly they usually accompanied with unintended weight loss, night sweats, and recurrent unexplained fever, and immediate intervention is usually required after diagnosis.
