Brucellosis is the most common zoonotic disease mainly caused by Brucella melitensis infection (biovars 1 and 3) which posed a threat to animal and public health [1]. Brucellosis symptoms include undulant fever, chronic fatigue, arthritis, meningitis, uveitis, and, occasionally, epididymoorchitis. Transmission to human from infected animal occurs mainly through contact with infected animals or by consuming unpasteurized and unboiled milk or fresh cheese. This disease is very common in Northern China.
