A 69-year-old woman, with end-stage renal disease and in a hemodialysis program for 11 years, presented to a dialysis treatment center for maintenance hemodialysis without symptoms. We started dialysis and noticed that her dialysis drainage was turning yellow(Fig. 1). Her white part of eyes and skin were not yellow. Her laboratory data, including total bilirubin, potassium, and lactate dehydrogenase, had no change. Two hours after the start of dialysis, the fluid became nearly clear.
