A 28-year-old male was referred to the Gastroenterology Department for a 6-year history of recurrent vomiting, occurring 2–3 times daily and exacerbating to >10 episodes per day following cold exposure. Gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed chronic non-atrophic gastrosinusitis and erosion in the descending and sigmoid colons; thoracoabdominal CT and basic metabolic panel yielded unremarkable findings. Initially managed as acute gastroenteritis, he demonstrated poor response to proton pump inhibitor therapy.
