We read with great interest the comprehensive narrative review by Sinigiani et al. titled "Multimodality imaging for cardiac amyloidosis: clinical applications and future directions" published in the European Journal of Internal Medicine [1]. The authors provide a timely and thorough overview of the critical role imaging plays in the diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of cardiac amyloidosis (CA), accurately highlighting the complementary strengths of various modalities. The emphasis on a multimodality approach is particularly relevant as therapeutic landscapes evolve, necessitating more precise patient stratification and response assessment.
