He reported no family history of neurological or autoimmune diseases. His past medical history included renal cyst removal one year earlier. In late 2023, he developed subtle urinary hesitancy and reduced bladder-filling sensation, with gradual worsening. In January 2024, gait imbalance appeared, progressing by March 2024 to moderate difficulty in walking and stair climbing.
