Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a systemic inflammatory disorder that primarily affects small blood vessels, often involving vital organs such as the kidneys and lungs [1]. Among AAV subtypes, microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) and myeloperoxidase (MPO)-ANCA positivity are most frequently associated with interstitial lung disease (ILD) [2,3].
