The authors regret that an error appeared in Fig. 1 of the published article. The panels for Deafness, Renal failure, and Proteinuria inadvertently displayed the Kaplan-Meier curves for the R702C/H subgroup instead of the intended "All patients" cohort. Consequently, Fig. 1 appeared identical to the R702C/H data shown in Figure 2. This error does not affect Figure 2 or the conclusions of the article. The correct Fig. 1, displaying the data for "All patients", appears below. The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
