The management of patients with established coronary heart disease (CHD) has traditionally focused on pharmacological interventions and revascularization procedures. However, lifestyle modifications, particularly dietary patterns, are increasingly recognized as cornerstone elements in long-term secondary prevention [1,2]. Current international guidelines from both American and European societies strongly advocate for healthy dietary models to mitigate the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) [3,4].
