We read with interest the study by Morin et al. describing infectious complications and long-term outcomes in ANCA-associated vasculitis (AAV) [1]. Their findings underscore the value of continued infection surveillance. We would welcome clarification of several analytical details that may help refine the interpretation of the prognostic and treatment-related associations.
