obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is increasingly recognized as a determinant of cardiometabolic health, and intersects with hypertension, metabolic dysfunction, and cardiorenal disease [1]. Its relevance therefore extends across several components of cardiovascular-kidney-liver-metabolic syndrome (CKLMS) [2].
