A 21-year-old male with a previous history of good health. One month earlier, scattered, pruritic, red papules and maculopapules had developed on the chest and back. After papules fades, left light brown pigmentation spots. During the course of the disease, new red papules continued to appear, pigmented patches gradually increased, and some fused into a network. (Fig. 1a and 1b). The patient was referred to a local hospital several times and was diagnosed with pityriasis versicolor and eczema. He was treated with topical antifungal drugs, glucocorticoids, and oral antihistamines, but the skin lesions and pruritus were not significantly improved.
