Sjögren’s disease (SjD) is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease affecting exocrine glands, causing sicca symptoms, arthralgias and fatigue. It is highly heterogenous and may have variable clinical presentations [1]. Affecting up to 0.5% of the population, SjD is a condition that entails a significant negative impact of patients’ quality of life [2].
