We are delighted to announce the European Summer School of Internal Medicine (ESIM) 2026!
Following the great success of last year’s event, the Summer ESIM 2026 will take place from 31 May to 6 June 2026 at the Astir Egnatia Hotel and the University Hospital of Alexandroupolis, in the beautiful coastal city of Alexandroupolis, Greece.
Organized by the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine under the leadership of Prof. Panagiotis Skendros, ESIM offers a unique opportunity for young internists across Europe. Providing the opportunity to come together, exchange knowledge, and engage in enriching educational experiences.
Participants can look forward to:
✨ Expert-led lectures and interactive workshops on key themes in modern Internal Medicine
✨ Case-based discussions and hands-on training sessions to strengthen clinical and decision-making skills
✨ Networking opportunities and cultural exchange, fostering collaboration and lifelong connections among young internists across Europe
The Summer School will welcome up to 50 residents from EFIM member countries. Eligible participants should be nearing the completion of their training in Internal Medicine and have a good command of English.
Our motto for ESIM 2026 is: “Learn, Connect, Evolve!”
