The EFIM Multimorbidity Working Group is pleased to invite you to our upcoming Autumn Webinar on Palliative Care of End-Organ Disease in Patients with Multimorbidity, taking place on Thursday, 19 November at 19:00 CET.
Chaired by Prof. Michal Holecki, this session will address two practical and challenging areas in the care of patients with multimorbidity at the end of life: the role of clinical nutrition, presented by Dr. Martyna Kurcz, and the limits of treatment in complex patients approaching end of life, presented by Prof. Jerzy Chudek, all from Poland.
